TERMS FOR YAYA HOTEL & APARTMENTS
Suite Terms
- Rates are inclusive of all Government taxes (16% value added tax and 2% Catering Levy)
- Rates are for accommodation only
Rates are exclusive of laundry charges - Bookings are confirmed after receipt of full payments of stay
- Booking shall be confirmed at least 14 days before arrival date
- Booking not confirmed at least 14 days before arrival date shall be considered tentative
- More than 14 days to arrival date – No cancellation charges
10 to 14 days to arrival date – 25% charge of amount paid - 7 to 9 days of arrival – 50% charge of amount paid
- 4 to 6 days to arrival date – 75 % charge of amount paid
- Less than 3 days to arrival date – 100% charge of amount paid
Apartment Terms
- 30 day minimum stay, thereafter prorata rates applicable
- 1 month rent in advance
- 1 month deposit
- Signed Tenancy Agreement
- Payment in US Dollars or Kenya shillings at the prevailing rate at time of payment
- Rates are stated in the billing currency USD
- More than 14 days to arrival date – No cancellation charges

Child Policy
- Children above 7 years to be charged the full adult rate.
- Day Room rate from 10am-6pm to be charged 70% of the contracted rate.
- Rates are on Bed Only basis.
- Extra Bed / Extra Guest Supplement at $50 per night; on all room categories.
- Children 0 – 7 years sharing at no extra charge.

Company cheques in KES or USD which must be cleared in our bank account before arrival
